Greetings believers and visitors!

My message for you is one of hope in the reality of your salvation. Over a period of many years and through much error the term “salvation” has been redefined, thus it has lost its true value and purpose for the believer and for the most part is only understood from a definition which is not in truth.

The common definition of salvation in the world today is outside the boundaries of the covenant of Christ and has been reduced to that of only being saved from hell. When this is all that a believer has to hope in than their purpose as a believer has been reduced to a mere existence as they await without true direction for faith the final day of their judgment to hopefully enter their inheritance as one saved from hell. This my friend is an understanding that steals from the believer all that God wants to give them now and all that is to come besides freedom from eternal doom.

Yes it is true that if one is saved they will not be sentenced to eternal punishment by God on judgment day, however this is not the pure definition of salvation, but is the by product of a lifestyle of faith.

So let’s take a look at the definition of salvation from the perspective of God and His covenant with man.

Salvation is the act of God restoring the soul to His divine favor. Jesus shed His blood to set the terms for our salvation and then rose from the dead to empower our faith. Jesus Christ is the contact point and mediator of our faith, and He is our deliverer. Salvation is the continuous and active working of the Holy Spirit to form Christ in the inner man.

“Much more then, being now justified by his blood, we shall be saved from wrath through him. For if, when we were enemies, we were reconciled to God by the death of his Son, much more, being reconciled, we shall be saved by his life.” Rom.5:9-10.

We can clearly see by the true definition of salvation that it is a process and not a “one time confession of faith”. So where do we go from here now that the record has been set straight regarding what salvation is?

This is the point where we need to receive the pure foundation of Christ laid within our heart by Gods anointed apostles of Second 8th Week Ministries, thus we will know what the terms and conditions are that God has set for us regarding His covenant and what our responsibility to these are.

Through the receiving of the heavenly ordered knowledge from above we are enabled to serve God in perfect faith therefore the salvaging of our soul becomes our daily reality through the experience of it, thus our hope is made living and bright with full assurance of salvation at the end of our journey of faith.

May the Lord bless you richly with an abundance of His grace that you may know what is the hope and fullness of your salvation in Him.

In Christ,

Evangelist Melissa Bolduc
